DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK DELIVERY - IN STOCK ITEMS only

WE ONLY POST MONDAY - FRIDAY, all orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. 

NEXT WORKING DAY - For orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2:30PM. This will be delivered before 1PM the next working day.
Please order before 2:30PM for this service. These are usually posted same or next day only if ordered before 2:30PM

NEXT DAY SATURDAY - This will be delivered on SATURDAY. These orders are processed and dispatched the same day, please order Thursday after 2:30PM & Friday before 2:30PM

Standard - these take 3-5 working days. Orders placed before 9am will be processed and shipped the same day. 

Orders cannot be cancelled under ANY circumstances once placed! 

We aim to process orders placed before 1PM on the same day however sometimes this is not possible and it can take up to 1-3 days to process orders. 

Orders placed on Friday after 1PM or the weekend will br processed on the following Monday or Tuesday if we are really busy.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

We try to do as much as we can for our customers! For any special events, holidays and last minute needs, please email us.

Pre order items take longer, information on each individual pre-order item will be displayed on our webpage and instagram page.

Please note international orders are subject to custom fees. This is not our responsibility, the customer agrees to settle this with the delivery company and it’s completely the customers duty. 

It is the customers duty to make sure they have access to receiving the items at the address they ordered to. Parcels that are not received are either sent back to us or destroyed by Royal Mail. If the parcel doesn’t make it back to us the customer will not be entitled to any compensation from our side as we cannot be held accountable. 

In case a parcel is lost we need to open a dispute with our courier provider and this can take up to a month.
